As managing engineer Mr. Sexton is responsible for the management of project design teams, for coordinating schedules, for promoting client-company relationships and for administration functions of the firm. Mr. Sexton has served as lead engineer on many projects and also has experience in “trouble shooting” problems in existing HVAC systems. Projects include medical research facilities, commercial multi-story buildings, churches, office and warehouse complexes. Mr. Sexton has much experience in the renovation of existing buildings that includes State owned buildings.

Energy savings can be obtained in a variety of ways. From simple scheduling to matching equipment with building loads to electrical energy demand shifting. Thermal storage tanks, rotary screw chiller and glycol heat exchanger for the ODOT building.

050 Engineering Company has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Facilities Services Division of the Department of Central Services since 1994.
